Pet Photography Booking Policy
Booking a photography session implies full acceptance of our terms. We have established these protocols to guarantee a high-energy experience and premium images.
SESSION CONDUCT
Sessions begin strictly at the scheduled time, and late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time or cancellation at the photographer’s discretion. Clients are responsible for their pet’s behavior, and results depend on cooperation and environmental conditions. I am not responsible for injuries or incidents during sessions; safety and welfare are prioritized at all times. If a dog is deemed unsafe to continue the session, the photographer reserves the right to end the session early, and no refunds will be provided.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Rescheduling or cancellations are permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows or failure to attend the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at the photographer’s discretion. If the photographer must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to secure your session date, and sessions are not confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be completed at the time of booking or within a specified timeframe provided after booking. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in the session being canceled.
CREATIVE APPROACH
By booking, you acknowledge familiarity with my editing and photography style. Final images are selected and edited at the photographer’s discretion, and RAW or unedited images are not provided.
DELIVERY & GUARANTEE
Due to the creative nature of photography, refunds are not provided based on personal preference. In rare cases where a session does not produce a sufficient number of quality images, a reshoot may be offered at the photographer’s discretion. Final edited images will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
